A planner for people with more than one job: a minute-precise day timeline, a Kanban board that merges companies, a content calendar and one-line capture.
Your day job, freelance clients and personal life on one calendar, in different colours. Tasks live on a board, their time is dragged onto the day; at month's end the hours each client got are calculated from the blocks.
One task, the same everywhere
A card on the board, a block on the timeline and a publish date on the content calendar are the same record. Change it in one place and it changes everywhere — no more updating the same task in three apps.
- Day timeline: the whole day left to right, minute-precise. Drag a block, pull its edge; pause while dragging and a magnifier opens, snapping to 5 minutes.
- Week, month, year: seven stacked day strips, a month grid, a year heat map.
- Unified board: each company keeps its own board; when you want, different columns meet in shared stages on one screen, with company logos on cards.
- Content calendar: Reels, carousels, stories by stage, format and country. Clients approve from a link without an account.
- Quick capture: press Q, type "tomorrow 2-3:30pm report"; with a time it becomes a block, without one it waits in Tasks.
How it is built
- It first renders from the on-device cache (IndexedDB), then syncs with Supabase and stays live via Realtime — it keeps working offline.
- Writes are optimistic: instant on screen, queued to the server, rolled back on error. No confirmation dialogs; everything is undoable with Ctrl + Z.
- Row-level security on every table: users only see calendars they belong to; the admin panel cannot see user content, only counts.
- Installs on the phone like an app (PWA), with notifications when a block starts and at "plan tomorrow" time.
