In small businesses most of the time goes not into production but into the repetition around it: writing orders into a notebook by hand, seeing a form and messaging on WhatsApp, merging spreadsheets for the month-end report.

Most of this can be automated. Automation here does not mean "let AI do everything"; it means handing specific, repetitive, clearly ruled tasks to a machine.

How we proceed

First we talk about which task takes how much time. Automation is measured by the time it saves; automating a task that takes ten minutes a week is usually not worth the effort.

Then we pick the single most time-consuming task and build it. Once you have seen it work, we move to the next.

We also say what not to automate

Not every task suits automation. Where the rule is unclear, exceptions are many and human judgement is needed, automation creates a new control burden instead of making things easier. In such cases we say so.

What we need from you

A list of the tasks you repeat within a day. It does not need to be long; usually three to five items come out, and one is far more expensive than the others.
